Using this website

The content, design and code of this website belong to Codinza. You may read and share it; you may not republish it as your own.

Project work

Each project is governed by its own written proposal, which sets out the scope, timeline, deliverables and price. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins.

Payment

Unless a proposal says otherwise, work begins after the initial payment is received, and the final balance falls due on delivery.

Ownership

On final payment, ownership of the custom code and design produced for your project passes to you. Third-party components keep their own licences, and Codinza keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Liability

We take care to deliver work that is correct and secure, but we cannot accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of a delivered website.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The version published here is the one that applies.
